A study submitted in partial fullfilment of the requirements for the award of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Cervical cancer screening is an essential component in the early diagnosis of the disease. The disproportionate burden of cervical cancer is highest in countries where effective screening, diagnosis and treatment is limited or absent. It is for this reason that this study sought to find out the accessibilty of cancer screening services by adult women in Lusaka, Kitwe and Chingola districts of Zambia.
