First published in 1908 as the short-lived Publications of the Florida Historical Society, the FHQ is now in its 88th volume in 2009. The FHQ publishes peer-reviewed articles, historical notes and documents, and book reviews. Occasional publication of the "The Florida Room" provides a more direct opportunity for readers to engage in recent regional developments.
