The study was conducted at four quaries namely: oriental quarries; dolomite aggregates; JJ Law(Worx) and Mufulande Stone works with a combined study population of 178 respondents. These quarries are engaged in the production of quarry aggregates such as quarry stones (white and grey) and quarry dust all of which are used as various construction components. The generall objective of the study was to determine whether the concept of the domino theory of accident causation was being used for accident managementin lusaka's quarry industry.
