These deaths have been associated with human medical errors and negligence to knowledge leading to incorrect preparation and drug administration. This study was aimed at assessing the knowledge and practices of nurses towards intravenous pottassium chloride concentrate in intensive care units and internal medicine of UTH, lusaka in quest  for patient safety.
