Thi research was necessitated by the fact that job satisfaction among health professionals, nurses inclusive has become a major concern to both the governments and administrators in the health sector. This study was undertaken to explore the levels of job satisfaction among nurses working at Mukinge Mission hospital. The study hypothesis was - low levels of job satisfaction contribute to intention to leave among nurses and other health professionals from various scholars reviewed.
