The widespread use of emergency contraceptive pills could play a critical role in reducing the need for abortion and in lowering the number of unwanted pregnancies. The main aim of this study was to determine knowledge, attitude and utilization of emergency contraception pill among adolescents in Mtendere compound of Lusaka.
