<br/><br/> The purpose of this paper is to outline the current operational state of the BACHUE Phillipines (BACHAWE - 2) long term simulation model of the Phillipines. It is intended to provide a concise, straight forward account of the model as now, which can be considered to be an up-date of an earlier working paper which described in detail the first version of the model. Some comments will also be made about how the model can be used in the development planning process.
