Is economic analysis of projects still useful?. - Washington : World Bank, 1996.

The author argues that the methodology for economic analysis of projects is as relevant today as it was 25 years ago. Project analysts should, among other things, make full use of project information and look at a project from the perspective of the main stakeholders, especially the implementing agency, the government and the country and assess whether all of the main actors have the economic and financial incentives to implement the project as designed.
