Revitalization of primary health care in Zambia: Exploratory Phase.

<br/><br/> This report presents findings from the first phase or exploratory phase of the Revitalization of Primary Health Care Project. The main objectives of the study was to determine factors that inhibit or facilitate the functioning of basic health care. The major findings of this study show that decentralization was the least known health reform element among both the users and providers especially in urban areas.
