Summary: The Journal of the Society of Malawi (formerly known as the Nyasaland Society) has been published twice a year without fail since 1948, a record of which the Society is justifiably proud. The articles therein, written by both academics and non academics, cover a wide range of subjects including matters historical, scientific and botanical. With the published articles now exceeding one thousand since the first issue of the journal, anyone with an interest in or a curiosity about Malawi will find an article about their particular passion somewhere within the published journals to date.
