Obesity is increasing in pregnant women and is associated with increased risk of instrumental delivery, operative delivery, macrosomia, shoulder dystocia, and poor foetal outcomes. This atudy aimed to determine then association of maternal obesity with maternal foetal complications in labour for women delivering at the university teaching hospital in Lusaka.
