Cerebral palsy in one of the most common childhood syndromes that lead to structural deformity and physical impairments in children in many poor developing countries. Inadequately treated or neglected cerebral palsy has been found to be a common cause of physical disability globallly among childrens and young growing adults. The study was set up to investigate barriers to treatment continuation by parents/guardians of children with cerebral palsy at chawama clinic.
