The use of traditional medicine among antenatal women was found to be a worldwide practice. despite the fact that knowledge of potential side effects of many traditional medicines in pregnancy is limited, a lot of antenatal mothers have continued using the traditional medicines whose safety, dosage and efficacy has not established and this poses serious risk to both mother and the baby and therefore the study determines the prevalence and factors associated with the use of traditional medicine among pregnant women.
