Condoms can be highly effective at preventing sexual HIV transmission, when used correctly and consistently. However little is known about the condom use among HIV positive clients in Zambia. The general objective of this study was to investigate knowledge and practice among HIV positive clients towards condom use at Mansa General Hospital and Mpulungu Community Health Centre.
