Despite Human Immunodeficiency Virus Post Exposure Prophylaxis being 80% effective as a preventive measure against HIV infection after exposure HIV virus, it still remains an under-utilized service among community members. The study was aimed at determining knowledge and utilization of post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) services among community members in the towns of; Chipata, Luwingu, Kitwe and Macha.
