This report discusses the effects that unplanned settlements have on human health. Special reference is made to Chibolya compound in lusaka, Zambia. The specific objectives of this report include: establishing the unplanned characteristics of Chibolya compuond in relation to built in infrastructure services; to determine the social economic characteristics of the residents of chibolya compund and to identify the health effects associated with the unplanned characteristics of chibolya compound.
