Zambia's TB detection rate is declining and is currently at 59% compared to WHO target detection rate of 75%. There needs to be improved health care seeking behavior if TB detections are to improve. Health care seeking behavior of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in lusaka district is generally poor. The study looked into factors influencing health care seeking behaviors of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in lusaka district.
