There are various benefits of option B+ strategy, the most obvious being that women on life long therapy will be healthier with less risk of contracting opportunistic infections and leading to lower overall mortality. The main purpose of this study is to determine factors influencing adherence to option B+ among women enrolled on option B+ in Ndola Urban Clinics.
