Tuberculosis (TB) is a global problem with up to one-third of the world's population affected. In Zambia, TB is a major health concern, part of the worst TB epidemic facing Africa. This study was undertaken to assess the factors attributing to the persistently high prevalence of TB in Lusaka Distirict.
