Zambians face a number of obstacles in the provision of emergency care services,m especially that there no ambulances and paramedics to respond to prehospital emergencies. This means that there is a time lap emegency care provision as after emergency incidences occurs, the hospital depends on unprofessional emergency care from well-wishers and the concerned to bring the victims to the hospital to receive emergency care services.
