Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide and an important cause of morbidity and mortality in Kenya. Pain is one of the most common and distressing symptoms in cancer patients . Pain is an important determinant of a cancer patients quality of life. Adequate management of cancer pain is required to improve the quality of life in cancer patients.
