Different studies and clinical experiments have demonstrated the efficacy of shock waves in the treatment of various physiotherapy problems including spasticity and positive changes in the ASHWORTH scale have been observed. The objective was to determine the effects of ESWT on spastcity in adult patients with spastic hemiplegia at UTH.
