Cerebral palsy describes a group of disorders of the development of movement and posture, causing activity llimitation. Parents/caregivers of cerebral palsy children are faced with challenges that need to be addressed. Cerebral palsy is a major cause of disability and most survivors are left with residual disability and are dependant on others for essential care. the main objective of the study was to determine challenges parents and caregivers of children with cerebral palsy face at Commmunity based Intervention Centre in UTH , Lusaka.
