Tuberculosis meningitis is a severe form of tuberculosis that affects the meninges of the brain and spinal cord and is caused by myobacterium tuberculosis. The main aim of the study was to determine the prevalence and neurological outcomes of tuberculosis meningitis in under five children at the university teaching hospital pediatric wing between January 2010 and December 2011.
