Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with either actual or potential tissue damage or described in terms of such damage. Pain is one of the most frequent symptoms in HIV/AIDS patients and is present, at all stages of disease although it is more frequent in the advanced stages. The aim of this study was to determine if massage and exercise therapy can reduce pain in HIV/AIDS clients on HAART under PPCP in Mtendere and Chawama.
