Sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity. Both sedentary lifestyle and obesity are known to be the major risk factors for non communicable diseases such as stroke, cardiovascular disease, diabetes type two and hypertension. the main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sedentary lifestyle and body mass index among secretaries.
