Pott's disease is scientifically known as Tuberculosis Spondylitis. Tuberculosis involovelment of the spine causes serious morbidity including permanent neurologic deficits and severe deformities. The aim of the study was to establish treatment choices used by physitherapists and physiotherapy technologists treating Pott's disease patients presenting with neurological deficits at UTH and LMGH in Lusaka, Zambia.
