Female condom utilization is a critical element in comprehensive, efffective and sustainable approach to sexually transmitted infections/HIV prevention including unwanted pregnancies. It's none or erratic use has been seen in Zambia with a high rate of HIV infection in women than men. This study attempts to determine the factors which may influence utilization of female condoms among sexually active women in Chipata, Chirundu, Lusaka and Sesheke districts of Zambia.
