The success of future human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccination programs will depend on the knowledge and attitude of the parents/gaurdians HPV,HPV vaccine and cervical cancer, and also the government's policy to scale up the vaccination program to other parts of the country. The purpose of this study was to determine knowledge and attitudes of parents/guardians towards the HPV vaccine uptake in preventing cancer among girls.
