Sepsis is an overwhelming, life-threatening disease and a major problem for many new borns. Provision of quality nursing care management of neonates can help in reducing the infant mortality rate that arise from neonatal sepsis. The aim of this study was to evaluate nursing care in the mangement of neonatal sepsis in the neonatal intensive care units of UTH, ADCH and Mwami Mission Hospital.
