With the rise in disease burden and acute conditions in the current fast paced ward situation, it is clear that there is a demand for the individualized and structured approach to the planning and delivery of patient's care with acute conditions. It was therefore imperatice in this study to establish the knowledge and attitude of nurses on application of Roper, Logan and Tierney model of nursing in managing acute conditions.
