The purpose of this study was to assess the quality of family planning services in mongu urban and peri urban health centres and to make recommendations to relevant authorities for appropriate action. A descriptive non-intervention research design involving exploration of variables influencing the quality of family planning was used. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were applied. The sample size was 40 and it consisted of service users and health care providers.
