The HIV/AIDS epidemic continue to pose agreat challenge on the zambian economy due to the rate of morbidity and mortality it has caused among zambians. PMTCT is one of the interventions that the Ministry of health supports and is scaling up for effective implementation. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors influencing male involevement in and participation in PMTCT programmes in chipata district.
